With a degree in Electronics and a postgraduate degree in Project Management. For more than 20 years, he has directed research and technology projects in the military, electrical industrial and hydrocarbon areas. He is currently the Project Manager of the DG Aqua team He served in the Ecuadorian Navy as an officer for 25 years. He is an electrical and electronic engineer specializing in project management. For 25 years, he has led technological projects in hydraulics, solar energy, and digital technologies.
